Course Overview
The Infosyte ICT Essentials Series (ICES) Train The Trainer is a specialized training track designed for technical experts seeking to become Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs). This course moves beyond technical “know-how” to focus on “show-how.” Participants will master the art of adult learning (Andragogy), classroom management, and high-impact technical demonstrations. The program culminates in a formal “Teach-Back” session where candidates are evaluated against the five core Microsoft instructional domains.
