C.Y.Yap is a passionate ICT trainer with more than 20 years of experience. He is a firm believer that education can improve the individual standard of living.  He founded Infosyte Malaysia, a leading ICT services company providing training services internationally across Asia-Pacific, Africa and North America with the mission to help an individual improve their skill set and use ICT more effectively and efficiently. As a leader to the company, he is introducing new technologies to promote new courses and take the lead to keep himself up with the changing technology trends. Among all the certifications, C.Y Yap is Huawei, Cisco, Microsoft and Veeam Certified Instructor. He is also a Huawei Certified ICT Expert and 10 years Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert.

Linus started off his IT career as server administrator, he is so exceptionally passionate with Linux OS that he decided to name himself after this operating system. Other than server solutions, he also expanded his portfolio in a wide variety of IT technology which include network infrastructure design, project consultation, system implementation and integration. This experience translated well when he moved into the training industry 15 years ago and consistently kept pace with the evolving technological landscape to keep himself on top of the emerging technology trends. Today, he is one of the very few experts who is holding dual Huawei Certified ICT Expert recognition.

Daniel started off his IT career as System Engineer handling Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare, Netapp and Commvault. He is very well-versed in storage and cloud computing solutions that he is the one of the two certified Veeam Trainer and certified trainer to deliver HCIE-Cloud Computing in Malaysia as of 2020.

Beside being awarded Best Veeam Certified Trainer of the Year (2019), Daniel is always Best Chef of the Year since the day he joined Infosyte with 100% satisfaction guaranteed lunch feedback from the colleagues!

Experienced and passionate Network Instructor with over 11 years of teaching experience. He has established his expertise in Routing & Switching, Security, WLAN. He has a great success record in certification training and an excellent reputation for delivering training with high quality. He also is a Network Consultant with experience in the industry, including network design, network planning, delivery, and maintenance.

Luke started his career by learning products as a Presales Engineer. He started with products like Oracle, EMC and Huawei where he picked up various technology and products. Later, he went on to focus on infrastructure solutions like server, storage, network and hyper-converged infrastructure. After 6 years of learning, he decided it is time to share the knowledge that he has accumulated over the years and has begun teaching in the fields of infrastructure solutions and cloud services.

Praveen started off his IT career as Project Engineer taking care of the network infrastructure of the organizations across Asia. His areas of expertise are storage, cloud and big data where he is tasked to conduct the respective training when he joined Infosyte in 2017. He is very informative and engaging with his students to keep the learning session interesting. As a result, Praveen became one of the favourite trainers for South Africa students where the students specifically requested for Praveen to be their trainers.

Working and sharing IT in university was how Beh started his career. Today, Beh is delivering training globally. The audience is not only university students, there are engineers, lecturers, consultants and personnel from other expertise. Specialized in Datacom and Cloud computing, Beh is giving contributions in pushing the IT industry to moving forward.

Tsaeling, a rose among thorns, joined Infosyte in 2020 specialize in Artificial Intelligence (AI) topic. She is enthusiastic in knowledge sharing and very patiently provides clear and easy-to-understand guidance to her students. She is a fun and energetic millennial that her students like her teaching and the office is always loaded with laughter with her around.

During his undergraduate studies, he discovered his passion.

Tony graduated from Cisco Academy under Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and subsequently joined Infosyte. He provides training for major industry players such as Huawei, Cisco, Microsoft, H3C, etc. From entry to professional level, with experience primarily in routing, switching, cloud services and security.
