Course Overview

The Sangfor Certified Technical Associate (SCTA) Training: Next-Generation Application Firewall (NGAF) Track is a specialized certification course designed to provide IT professionals with a strong foundation in next-generation firewall technologies and network security. Objectives

• Deploy and Configure NGAF – Install, set up firewall rules, security policies, NAT, and high availability (HA).

• Implement Advanced Security Measures – Configure VPN, anti-virus, anti-spam, and sandboxing for enhanced protection.

Examination

The Sangfor Certified Technical Associate – Network Secure (SCTA-NS) certification is designed for IT professionals seeking expertise in network security using Sangfor technologies. The certification process includes a theory exam 50 questions duration 120 minutes passing mark 60%, which assesses knowledge of firewall deployment, VPN setup, intrusion prevention, and security policies, followed by a lab exam 6 questions duration 180 minutes passing mark 60%, where candidates demonstrate hands-on skills in configuring and troubleshooting Sangfor security solutions. This certification ensures that candidates have both theoretical understanding and practical experience in securing enterprise networks with Sangfor products.
